and Lithuania. This applies even if the company didn’t have any activities during the financial year. Therefore we have prepared a little
overview about the deadlines and prices of annual reports in countries where we operate in.
Annual report deadline and prices in Estonia
Deadline: within 6 months from the end of company’s financial year. Usually the financial year is same as calendar year in which case the deadline is 30th June.
Price: starting from 175€

Deadline: within 7 months from the end of company’s financial year. Usually the financial year is same as calendar year in which case the deadline is 31st July.
Price: starting from 5400 SEK

Deadline: within 4 months from the end of company’s financial year. Usually the financial year is same as calendar year in which case the deadline is 30th April.

United Kingdom
Deadline: within 9 months from the end of company’s financial year. Financial year starts from opening the company so the deadlines are individual.

Deadline: within 4 months from the end of company’s financial year. Usually the financial year is same as calendar year in which case the deadline is 30th April.

Deadline: within 4 months from the end of company’s financial year. Usually the financial year is same as calendar year in which case the deadline is 30th April.

Here’s some additional information that you should know before preparing and submitting your annual report:
- A company’s financial year is 12 months long. A financial year generally coincides with the calendar year (1.01 -31.12), but a company’s articles of association may specify a different financial year. In United Kingdom the financial year starts from opening the company so the deadline for annual report is individual for each company.
- The exact content and the form of the annual report depends on the size and business of the company.
- Delay in submitting the annual report on time may results in penalties and deleting the company from the local business register.
