Last month we launched my1Office platform to allow remote entrepreneurs to start and manage their businesses easily
from anywhere in the world. More than 1500 users have already signed up and we couldn’t be happier and more thankful for all
the support.

My1Office app will make the company management even more flexible and fits well into our nowadays’ busy and mobile lifestyle. As a business owner, you might be travelling or visiting conferences where the access to a computer is limited. The app will give you an easy overview of the company from your smartphone. That way, if something requires your immediate attention, it can be fixed straight from your pocket. The app will be available for both IOS and Android operating systems and can soon be downloaded from our website.
Translate documents in my1Office
Having a business in Estonia or another foreign country has often many perks but also raises the need to translate some documents to other languages as business registries usually send letters in their official languages. That is why there will be a translation feature in my1Office. You can choose to utilize a powerful software or use the help of a translator in numerous available languages, based on the requirements for the text. Meaning that you can get the translation quickly without leaving the platform and have 24/7 access to a reliable service no matter your location.
Legal contract templates will save you time and money
Legal contract templates with access to the contract management system will be available in my1Office soon to make business management even easier for you. This is an ideal alternative to ordering legal contracts separately that can be costly and time-consuming.
We aim to offer you the easiest and most efficient business administrative service and having access to ready-made legal templates will be time-efficient and save you money. Multiple blanks are at your service 24/7, you can share the contracts with your customers, make changes in the contracts and sign them in one environment. The user management system will give you an overview of all the users registered under your company’s account and lets you manage them according to your needs.
