On 26th of October opened 1Office its office in Stockholm. The goal is to provide a full solution, where customers are served with a wide range of business services, starting with their legal entity creation. External partners are mostly used for translation, recruitment, audit and legal services.
The office hotel services in the Stockholm office, located at Wallingatan 34, are furnished rooms and workspaces for short and long term hire. It is possible to have a workspace by a monthly fee or even to rent a desk on a daily basis (hot-desking). The clients have access to meeting rooms for 2-12 persons in a prime location.
Virtual office services available are legal address and phone service. A properly functioning business address is very important, as the correspondence from authorities is sent to the address and considered to be received by the recipient. Telephone service available is monthtly subscription of Swedish local landline number for customers inbound calls, providing client support and secretary service.
1Office provides Swedish bookkeeping and consultancy to satisfy all the tax and personnel related needs of our clients.
Market-entry and business consulting for the customers is done in cooperation with experienced business consultants Rein Malm and Taave Vahermägi.
Registering new Swedish companies and branch offices with sales of ready-made companies is also part of 1Office services. Country Manager in Sweden is as of 10th of October Ivar Veskioja, former Country Manager in Estonia.
