The summer months are known as the “low season” in many industries. It is a perfect moment to take some time off, but also to get ready for the next high season.
We recommend using this time to organize your company’s internal processes and to decide if it might make sense to outsource some of the support services and focus more on your core business.
Every company has its own strategy and there is no single right answer to the question of whether accounting should be outsourced and bought from a service provider, or should be kept internal with an accountant hired to do it. But small and medium-sized enterprises should definitely consider outsourcing their accounting work to a service provider like us, especially if they conduct business internationally, because:
– you can then focus on your core business;
– you can be absolutely sure that your accounting is in order;
– even the most complicated questions about international taxation will be answered because we have 10 years of experience answering these questions;
– you don’t have to pay an accountant’s salary every month, even when there is not much to be done. You pay only if you need to use the service, with a 15-minutes accuracy.
Acquiring new accounting clients always takes time and effort. We never accept new clients automatically because we want to maintain our services at the highest level of quality. In order to take the time to familiarize ourselves with the specifics of each new client’s business, we usually apply an accounting service starting fee as well.
But since summer is a slightly quieter time for us too, at the moment we are more able to focus on potential new clients and to take the time necessary to prepare to start working for new clients. This is why our Swedish, Finnish and Latvian offices are accepting new accounting clients without charging starting fees, for all of July.
