Company formation in notary’s office is assisted by 1Office lawyer. You can choose to come to Tallinn or authorize our lawyer to act on your behalf. Your company will be registered within 5 working days after notary’s appointment.
It’s suitable for all private persons who want to establish a company with more than one founder (each additional founder 265 €).

Process flow for setting up a company in Estonia in notary’s office:
- Choose services you need (in addition to company formation service you might need legal address, contact person, accounting and/or representation by power of attorney to act on your behalf)
- After the payment fill in the KYC* form that we send you
- We prepare all the necessary documents and book a notary’s appointment
- Additional questions may follow but we help you with all the answers
- You have to come to the notary’s office or authorize our lawyer to act on your behalf.
- Your company will be registered within 5 working days from signing the registration documents

- Minimum share capital for Estonian company is 1 EUR.
