Package My Virtual Office E-commerce

My Virtual Office includes legal address, contact person services, sales invoices module and My Money account. Every company registered in Estonia needs to have a local legal address and every Estonian company with management board located outside of Estonia needs to have a contact person appointed who is the first contact used by the authorities for delivering official documents. 1Office also offers the sales invoices module (convenient system for creating and sending out invoices) with virtual office service to make it easy for new entrepreneurs to get their business activities started. Package My Accounting E-commerce

E-commerce accounting offers unlimited sales transactions on platform and unlimited bank accounts. The EU VAT compliance and registering the VAT/OSS are included in the price. The service also includes everyday accounting with processing up to 30 transactions per month and VAT declarations. You get access to myAccounting, a possibility to create sales invoices and to keep all expense documents in one place.

 

Package My Annual Report E-commerce

Every company registered in Estonia has to submit an annual report to the Business Register within six months of the end of the financial year. It has to be prepared in Estonian and in the official currency (EUR). The annual report fee includes mandatory main reports and annexes required by the law.

It gives you access to accounting software, a possibility to create sales invoices and to keep all expense documents in one place. The service also includes processing up to 30 transactions, VAT registration and declarations, and 1 salary payment calculation with declaration. With e-commerce package you can have unlimited sales transactions on platform and unlimited bank accounts. The EU VAT compliance and registering the VAT/OSS are included in the price.

 

Starting and managing your business has never been easier! Thanks to e-Residency, a digital ID card by Estonian Government, all the services like starting a company, managing taxes & accounting, accessing business banking solutions and much more, are available fully online.

 

Included in the one-time company formation price:

  • Preparing company registration documents in E-Business Register
  • Registering a company with multiple founders
  • Standard articles of association
  • State fee of 265€

 

Included in the monthly package price:

  • Legal address (mandatory for every Estonian company)
  • Contact person for accepting the company’s official letters from Business Register and other public institutions (mandatory for every Estonian company)
  • Company’s administrative address for receiving mail
  • Mail sorting and forwarding for up to 10 letters in one month
  • Everyday accounting – price includes processing up to 30 transactions per month. Additional transaction volumes are available for an extra fee.
  • E-Commerce accounting – price includes unlimited sales transactions on platform, unlimited bank accounts, EU VAT compliance and registering the VAT/OSS.
  • myInvoices – paperless document management in my1Office platform
  • Create sales invoices and send invoices to the clients directly from myInvoices
  • Upload expense documents – use a mobile app to take pictures of your expense documents and they will be automatically forwarded to myInvoices
  • Annual Report – price includes transaction volume up to 100 per year.  Additional annual accounting transaction volumes are available for an extra fee.

 

Process flow:

  • After the payment please fill in the KYC form that we send you
  • We prepare all necessary documents and forms
  • Company registration process takes only 1-2 working days
  • After that we will activate our services and you are fully ready to start your business activities and apply for business banking.

 

Important information:

  • Only suitable for e-residents and Estonian ID card holders.
  • Company will be registered with deferred monetary share capital contribution. It means you can choose when you pay in your share capital but it must be paid in before you start paying dividends. Minimum share capital for Estonian company is 2500€.
  • E-commerce package is a monthly subscription service. The Service period starts from the date the service was bought and the service fee will be credited from your credit card at the beginning of the new service period.
  • Cancelling the subscription or a failed payment for subscription will result in ending all services by 1Office.
  • Access to documents in myInvoices after termination of contract is subject to additional fee of 50 €.
  • Please note that service contract with 1Office is subject to certain acceptance procedures. KYC (Know Your Customer – process to satisfy the due diligence measures imposed on us by the EU regulations) procedure includes the verification of the identity of directors, shareholders, beneficial owners, and collecting general information about the business.
