The service is for the companies who have had no business activity, sales or expenses during the past financial year. It is also suitable for businesses that have not yet managed to open a bank account.
The package includes a legal address with a contact person and an annual report. Please note that post-management service is not included in the price.
This service is meant to be used for one time, it can’t be used continuously every year. So, if you consider not starting your business activities again, you need to liquidate the company.
If you have purchased this package and decide to liquidate the company, a special price 750 € + VAT (regular price 1200 € + VAT) applies to the liquidation service, provided that you have not had any transactions after buying the package.

Important information:
- Legal address is mandatory for all companies registered in Estonia. If your company’s management board is located outside of Estonia, it is also mandatory to appoint a contact person.
- Submitting an annual report is mandatory for all the companies registered in Estonia, even if the company didn’t have any activities during the past financial year.
- The annual report basis fee includes only mandatory main reports and annexes required by the law.
- If the company has had expenses, you need to confirm that you paid for them as a private person (the expenses don’t belong to the company).
- You cannot get this package if you have submitted an annual report for the previous years which showed business activities.
- If you have a bank account, we will need to see the bank statement to confirm if you are eligible.

- Entering one transaction – 5,5 € + VAT
