Package My Accounting E-commerce

E-commerce accounting offers unlimited sales transactions on platform and unlimited bank accounts. The EU VAT compliance and registering the VAT/OSS are included in the price. The service also includes everyday accounting with processing up to 30 transactions per month and VAT declarations. You get access to myAccounting, a possibility to create sales invoices and to keep all expense documents in one place.

 

Package My Annual Report E-commerce

Every company registered in Estonia has to submit an annual report to the Business Register within six months of the end of the financial year. It has to be prepared in Estonian and in the official currency (EUR). The annual report fee includes mandatory main reports and annexes required by the law.

All post addressed to the company or the contact person is accepted by 1Office and uploaded within minutes to your my1Office account. This gives you the opportunity to have a clear overview of all of your company´s mail, search for important documents, add comments or highlights for your business partners and conveniently forward encrypted documents whenever needed. All mail is saved and organized by folders for your convenience.

  • Mail sorting and forwarding for up to 10 letters in a month

Available for an extra fee:
In case you´d like to receive unopened letters by post, the postal fee and secretary’s work hours (20€/h) are added to the price.

In case your company receives more than 10 letters in one month:

  • 11-50 letters in one month – additional fee 20€
  • 51-100 letters in one month – additional fee 40€
  • Mail quantity exceeding 101 pcs a month- additional fee 20€ for each 50 letters

We also accept packages with a maximum size of 64x38x39 cm and with maximum weight of 30 kg:

  • S – small package, max. size 9x64x38 cm – receiving and depositing up to 3 days – 5€.
  • M – medium package, max. size 19x64x38 cm – receiving and depositing up to 3 days – 10€
  • L – big package, max. size 39x64x38 cm – receiving and depositing up to 3 days – 15€
  • If you wish to deposit your package for more than 3 days, an additional 5€ will be added for each day.
  • In case you´d like to deposit your package for more than 3 days, an additional 5€ will be added for each day.
  • In case you need us to forward the package by post or carrier, the postal fee and secretary’s work hours 20€/h are added to the price.

Any other special requests are processed with an hourly rate of 20€/h. Additional services are invoiced separately.

 

Important information:

  • My Virtual Office is a monthly subscription service.
  • The service fee will be credited from your credit card at the beginning of the new service period.
  • Access to documents in my1Office account after termination of contract is subject to the fee of 50 EUR.
  • Appointment of the contact person must be confirmed by the management board of the company by digitally signed confirmation in e-Business Register annually at the anniversary of the first payment. If the new term will not be confirmed in time, contact person will be deleted. 1Office will provide confirmation after the service fee for the new service period has been paid.

My Accounting for E-commerce package includes:

  • Processing up to 30 transactions per month (sales invoices, purchase invoices, expense documents, bank statement transactions). Package upgrade shall apply for a fee of 30 € / per each 30 extra transactions from the next subscription period.
  • My Invoices – paperless document management in the my1Office platform
  • Create sales invoices and send invoices to the clients directly from my Invoices.
  • My Purchases – use a mobile app to take pictures of your expense documents and they will be automatically uploaded to the my1Office platform
  • Dedicated accountant for monthly bookkeeping
  • Unlimited sales transactions via one sales platform (Amazon, Shopify, etc)
  • VAT declaration
  • EU VAT declaration (one country)
  • OSS/IOSS declaration
  • 1 salary payment calculation and declaration
  • Annual report included in the package is prepared based on documents in My Invoices and My Purchases. The annual report will be provided if you have subscribed to the package for the whole financial year.

 

Important information:

  • This is a monthly subscription service. Service is available for valid subscriptions only.
  • We accept original accounting documents in Estonian, Russian and English.
  • In order to submit declarations on time, all documents must be forwarded to your accountant as early as possible, but no later than on the 5th day of the following month. Delayed declarations result in fines issued by the Tax Board. Documents that were not submitted and/or properly formatted result in their declaration and an additional tax burden on the company.
  • Processing the data and documents of previous periods and/or previous period corrections are not included in the package price. Previous period correction is 65€ and correction of declarations is 35€ / per declaration.
  • Cancelling the subscription or a failed payment for subscription will result in ending all services by 1Office.
  • Access to documents in my1Office account after termination of contract is subject to the fee of 50 EUR.
  • Annual report included in the package is prepared based on documents in My Invocies and My Purchases. Annual report will be provided if you have subscribed to the package for the whole financial year.
