Important information:

  • The monthly fixed fee for the accounting service is agreed based on the volume of transactions and the field of activity. The minimum monthly fee is 75 €.
  • The monthly fee will be issued from your credit card on the first day of the month for the current month. This does not apply for the first payment.
  • Start Easy Accounting is tailored for companies established no more than two months ago. This offer remains valid for a duration of three months. Following this initial period, we will provide you with a customized accounting solution based on your specific monthly requirements.
  • We reserve the right to alter the price for the service if any indicator/parameter in the price offer changes by more than 10%. Please note that the price will be increased if the work time exceeds 1.5 hours.
  • Processing the data and documents of previous periods and/or previous periods corrections are not included in the price.
  • We accept original accounting documents in Estonian, Russian and English.
  • In order to submit declarations on time, all documents must be forwarded to your accountant as early as possible, but no later than on the 5th day of the following month. Delayed declarations result in fines issued by the Tax Board. Documents that were not submitted and/or properly formatted result in their declaration and an additional tax burden on the company.
  • Access to documents in my1Office account after termination of contract is subject to the fee of 50 EUR.
