This unique starting package for Shopify sellers enables you to start distant selling through Shopify with your Estonian company. It is available for anyone, no matter if you are physically located in the EU or not.

The package is specifically designed for Estonian e-residents. If you are not an e-resident yet, 1Office will advise you about the process of becoming an Estonian e-resident.

Process flow:

• Make the purchase and fill out 1Office’s KYC form.
• 1Office will contact you to receive all the necessary information to register the company within 1-2 days.
• VAT and OSS/IOSS registration will take place within 1-2 weeks. We will register the VAT after you have an active bank account.
• Accounting starts once the VAT is registered.
• Our Shopify expert will create an account for you
• Shopify account will be transferred to your name within 2 days once the VAT registration is completed.

Important information:

• You need to provide us all the necessary information and accesses to deliver the services included in the package.
• Company formation will be done based on the service description here.

• We will register a Shopify account for you, fill out the information fields and install the Shopify premium theme.
• We do not make a website design.
• 1Office’s Shopify expert will hand over the Shopify theme documents and an installation guide to you via download link.
• Please note that Shopify package monthly accounting subscription fixed fee is 99 € and starts automatically after your company has received the VAT number. Shopify accounting fixed fee includes:

1. 1. VAT declarations in Estonia
   2. IOSS/OSS declarations
   3. Maximally 10 purchase invoices per month
   4. Sales according to Shopify sales report
   5. One bank account and one payment gateway

*We reserve the right to change our service prices if your monthly volume of transactions changes more than 20% and/or one or more parameters will change.

It is not the obligation of 1Office to analyze and control the information and documents provided by the Client. The Client must assure that all information is true and correct, and the Client assumes all liability arising from submitting the incorrect information to the authorities, Shopify, and other banking solutions.
