We use the Estonian generally accepted accounting principles and the legislation in force when preparing the annual report.
According to legislation the management of a company registered in Estonia must submit the annual report to the commercial register within six months from the end of the financial year.
If your company’s financial year ends on 31 December, the last date for submitting the report is 30 June.
Which services do we offer?
Preparing an annual report
The mandatory components of an annual report are the management report, balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement, statement of changes in equity and annexes. The auditor’s opinion must be attached to the annual report if the company’s articles of association or the law requires an auditor.
The annual report is prepared in euros.
For preparing an annual report we ask you to submit the balance sheet and income statement of the previous financial year.
If the accounting of your company’s previous financial year has not been done we also ask for the accounting source documents.
Audit or review
The audit or review of an annual report is mandatory if at least two of the indicators provided in the annual statement exceed the following conditions:

An audit or review is also mandatory for a VAT payer, if at least one of the indicators provided in its annual statement exceeds the following conditions:
