Thanks to e-Residency, a digital ID card by Estonian Government, all the services like starting a company, managing taxes &amp; accounting, accessing business banking solutions and much more, are available fully online.<\/p>\n<p>If you already have your e-Residency card, this package is the next step to start your business activities in Estonia.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Included in the price:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Preparing company registration documents in E-Business Register<\/li>\n<li>Registering a company with multiple founders<\/li>\n<li>Standard articles of association<\/li>\n<li>State fee of 265\u20ac<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Additional business services for an extra fee:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In case you\u00b4d like to receive unopened letters by post, the postal fee and secretary\u2019s work hours (20\u20ac\/h) are added to the price.<\/li>\n<li>In case your company receives more than 10 letters in one month:<br \/>\n11-50 letters in one month \u2013 additional fee 20\u20ac<br \/>\n51-100 letters in one month \u2013 additional fee 40\u20ac<\/li>\n<li>Mail quantity exceeding 101 pcs a month- additional fee 20\u20ac for each 50 letters<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>We also accept packages with a maximum size of 64x38x39 cm and with maximum weight of 30 kg:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>S \u2013 small package, max. size 9x64x38 cm \u2013 receiving and depositing up to 3 days \u2013 5\u20ac<\/li>\n<li>M \u2013 medium package, max. size 19x64x38 cm \u2013 receiving and depositing up to 3 days \u2013 10\u20ac<\/li>\n<li>L \u2013 large package, max. size 39x64x38 cm \u2013 receiving and depositing up to 3 days \u2013 15\u20ac<\/li>\n<li>If you wish to deposit your package for more than 3 days, an additional 5\u20ac will be added for each day.<\/li>\n<li>In case you\u00b4d like to deposit your package for more than 3 days, an additional 5\u20ac will be added for each day.<\/li>\n<li>In case you need us to forward the package by post or carrier, the postal fee and secretary\u2019s work hours 20\u20ac\/h are added to the price.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Any other special requests are processed with an hourly rate of 20\u20ac\/h. The period of one year starts from the date the service is bought. The service fee will be credited from your credit card at the beginning of the new service period.<\/li>\n<li>Appointment of the contact person must be confirmed by the management board of the company by digitally signed confirmation in e-Business Register annually at the anniversary of the first payment. If the new term will not be confirmed in time, contact person will be deleted. 1Office will provide confirmation after the service fee for the new service period has been paid.<\/li>\n<li>This package does not include full accounting service nor a dedicated accountant. Therefore, this is not suitable for VAT registered companies.<\/li>\n<li>Access to documents in myInvoices after termination of contract is subject to additional fee of 50 \u20ac.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Please note that service contract with 1Office is subject to certain acceptance procedures.
