Eesti ID kaart ning digiallkiri kehtivad ka meie l\u00f5unanaabrite juures, kultuuriruum ning \u00e4rikeskkond on sarnased ning turule sisenemine on \u00fcldiselt lihtne, kuid samas peab arvestama sellega, et b\u00fcrokraatiat on seal oluliselt rohkem, kui me Eestis harjunud olema.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Nagu \u00f6eldud, siis on L\u00e4tis t\u00e4iesti v\u00f5imalik ettev\u00f5tte alustamine Eesti ID-kaardiga, kuid protsess on (hetkel) siiski m\u00f5nev\u00f5rra keerulisem, kui Eestis.<\/p>\n<p>Ettev\u00f5tte registreerimise alustamiseks tuleb esitada <strong>l\u00e4ti keeles<\/strong> j\u00e4rgnevad dokumendid:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>registreerimisvorm,<\/li>\n<li>otsus ettev\u00f5tte alustamise kohta,<\/li>\n<li>p\u00f5hikiri,<\/li>\n<li>dokument, mis t\u00f5endab osakapitali sissemakse tegemist kassasse<\/li>\n<li>Majaomaniku allkirjastatud n\u00f5usolek \u00e4riaadressi kasutamiseks<\/li>\n<li>T\u00f5end riigil\u00f5ivu maksmise kohta<\/li>\n<li>T\u00f5end ajalehes ilmuvate avalike teadete tasu maksmise kohta<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Esimesed kolm dokumenti peavad olema kas notariaalselt kinnitatud v\u00f5i digitaalselt allkirjastatud.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00e4rast dokumentide esitamist registreeritakse ettev\u00f5te kolme t\u00f6\u00f6p\u00e4eva jooksul.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d5nneks on L\u00e4tis ettev\u00f5tte alustamiseks ka oluliselt lihtsam viis. 1Office Latvia saab teie eest teha \u00e4ra suure hulga toiminguid. Teil on vaja t\u00e4ita vaid l\u00fchike ankeet ning seej\u00e4rel saab meie jurist vormistada teie eest vajalikud l\u00e4tikeelsed dokumendid ning need digitaalselt allkirjastamiseks teile saata. Samuti hoolitseme ise riigil\u00f5ivude ning ametlike teadaannete tasumise eest. Juhul kui teil ei ole plaanis L\u00e4tis oma kontorit avada ning te seal kinnisvara ei oma, pakume ka \u00e4riaadressi teenust.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00f5igile t\u00e4iendavatele k\u00fcsimustele vastame
