All Finnish limited companies (osakeyhti\u00f6) are required to submit annual financial statements (tilinp\u00e4\u00e4t\u00f6s) to the Finnish Patent and Registration Office (PRH) and an income tax return (veroilmoitus) to the Finnish Tax Administration (Verohallinto) within 4 months after the end of the financial year.<\/p>\n
