Company Formation
Company formation in my1Office takes around 20 minutes. It requires you to create an account and fill in information about your company. Your new Irish company registration will take up to 3 weeks. The self-service portal is suitable for both EU and non-EU residents that would like to establish a company. You can add shareholders, directors and additional services during the registration. Directors of an Irish company are required to have a PPSN number, RBO number or VIF number.

Process flow:
- Create an account and log in to my1Office
- Fill in simple forms
- If you do not have PPSN or RBO number, we will send you VIF application form to be signed and notarized in your home country
- We will go over the information and send you the application that needs to be signed. Please print it, sign it and upload it back to the my1Office.
- All necessary documents will be delivered to the Companies Registration Office. The estimated processing time is up to 3 weeks and the registration certificate will be sent to the company’s official e-mail address.
- You can start your business activities.
Important information:
- At least one of the directors is required to be resident in a member State of EEA (member states of EU plus Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway). If none of the directors is resident in EEA, mandatory bond to the value of €25,000 and for the period of two years is required prior to company formation.
- In case a bond is required, company formation process is longer and will be completed after the Companies Registration Office has received the bond from insurance company.
- The bond is provided by a Third Party insurance company and is non-refundable.
- Please note that service contract with 1Office is subject to certain acceptance procedures. KYC (Know Your Customer) procedure includes the verification of the identity of directors, shareholders, beneficial owners, and collecting general information about the business.
Mandatory registrations
All Irish companies are obligated to submit the data of the person who benefits from the company’s activities’, or so-called beneficial owner, to the Central Register of Beneficial Ownership of Companies and Industrial and Provident Societies (RBO). A beneficial owner is a private person who directly or indirectly holds the company shares or voting rights or otherwise exercises control over the company. We will help you with determining the beneficial owner, preparing and submitting the registration documents to the RBO.
It is also mandatory for all Irish companies to register for Corporate Tax within one month of trading.

Registered local address is mandatory for every Irish company. The registered address will be shown in the Companies Registration Office, therefore will be publicly available to everyone, and all the official letters will be sent to this address. - Preparing and filing the company’s First Annual Return*

- Annual Statutory Financial Statement Preparation for a MICRO COMPANY*, including Corporate Tax Return and Directors income tax return. Price includes transaction volume up to 100. Additional annual accounting transaction volumes are available for an extra fee of 60€ / per 100 extra documents.
*MICRO COMPANY definition by the Irish government: A Micro Company in Ireland is one which satisfies two out of the following:
- Balance Sheet Total does not exceed € 350,000
- Turnover does not exceed € 750,000
- Employees not exceeding 10
If your company exceeds micro company definition, a one-time additional fee of 180 € will be added to the price.

- Access to documents in my1Office account after termination of contract is subject to the fee of 50 EUR.
- Annual report will be provided if you have subscribed to the package for the whole financial year.
