Company registration in Latvia at the notary’s office assisted by 1Office representative. The alternative is to sign the registration documents in the notary in another country and sending the original documents to Latvia by post.
A small capital limited liability company, named sabiedrība ar ierobežotu atbildību or Latvian SIA, will be registered within 5 business days from filing the documents to the Latvian Business Register.

Process flow:

- In case the documents are not certified in Latvian we need to order a certified translation for an extra fee.

After we register the Latvian SIA we can suggest a bank the client can turn to open a business account and represent you based on PoA. We cannot guarantee that the bank will open the account. This decision is at the sole discretion of the bank.
