A limited company (Uzdaroji Akcine Bendrove or UAB) in Lithuania can be registered remotely on your name in Lithuanian notary’s office. It is possible to establish a company from the distance by using 1Office’s representative who can act on your behalf in the notary’s office. This is a suitable option for private persons and legal entities who want to avoid the trouble of taking care of filling in all necessary documents to different offices themselves.

Company formation in notary’s office in Vilnius is assisted by 1Office representative.The minimum share capital (1000 EUR) must be paid to temporary bank account before the registration. It is required for the founder to sign company formation documents and to authorize 1Office’s representative to act on their behalf in the notary’s office.
Having a local business address is mandatory for every Lithuanian company. The legal address will be shown in the Business register and all the official letters will be sent to this address. You can choose to use our legal address service for your company.
Limited liability company will be registered within 5 business days from filing the documents to the Business Register.

  • Company formation with one founding member and one director (please ask a quote if there are two or more founding members).
  • Preparation of registration documents in Lithuanian and English
  • Arranging transaction in the notary’s office in Vilnius

Process flow:

  • After the payment, fill in the KYC form that we send you.
  • When the KYC is completed, we will prepare the necessary documents based on your information.
  • Sign and send us the original documents.
  • We will arrange a notary’s appointment
  • Our representative will open a preliminary account for the share capital transfer. Please note that in some cases PoA might be requested by bank.
  • Transfer the share capital payment to the company’s preliminary account.
  • After the share capital contribution, we will file the documents to the Business Register.
  • After the company is registered, change the preliminary bank account to a regular current bank account. This step requires personal presence or PoA.
