What to know before applying:
Airwallex offers only business accounts, and cannot provide accounts for personal use.
Certain business types are restricted from using Airwallex: investment firms, adult entertainment, gambling, pharmaceuticals, etc. See the full list here.
Be prepared to present company documents like certificate of incorporation, memorandum, beneficial ownership chart, etc.
Be prepared to present identification documents like personal ID, address and proof of residential address of all directors and ultimate beneficial owners.
Be prepared to present business description with business plan, expected transactions, website, and proof of current business activities.
Details:
- Business account and payment services are provided by Airwallex (Netherlands) B.V. Separate contracts will be entered into between the client and Airwallex. My Money is available for clients approved by Airwallex.
- My Money is available to customers with at least one of 1Office’s main services: company formation packages, virtual office or accounting service. My Money access fee will be charged by 1Office from opening the account with Airwallex. The fees will be credited online from client’s My Money account to the 1Office account. The fee includes VAT.
- By signing up for this service the client consents to 1Office and Airwallex using My Money account information in accordance with 1Office terms and Airwallex terms.
- Access to My Money will be available until (i) the client or 1Office terminates the service contract based on 1Office Terms of Service, or (ii) the client terminates the contract with Airwallex, or (iIi) Airwallex terminates the contract with the client, or (iv) 1Office and Airwallex stop providing the co branded platform.
- Following the termination of services with 1Office, clients should request an account transfer from Airwallex.
- Following the termination of services with Airwallex, the continuation of 1Office services is subject to 1Office Terms of Service.
