The annual report has to be submitted to the Centre of Register within 30 days from the general meeting<\/p>\n<p>All the monthly accounting has to be completed before starting to compile the annual report.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Included in the price for annual report:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Management report<br \/>\n\u2022 Balance sheet<br \/>\n\u2022 Income statement<br \/>\n\u2022 Cash flow statement<br \/>\n\u2022 Changes in equity<br \/>\n\u2022 Notes to the financial statements<br \/>\n\u2022 Submitting the report to State Enterprise Centre of Registers<br \/>\n\u2022 Corporate income tax declaration<br \/>\n\u2022 Submitting the declaration to State Tax Inspectorate<\/p>\n<p>If the accounting for the financial year has not been done (or is not done correctly), additional fee based on accountants working hours will be added to the price. The exact content and the form of annual report depends on the size and business of the company.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Process flow:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In case your company\u00b4s accounting is not done by 1Office, we need you to send us documents (bank statements, purchase- and sales invoices) so we could make the offer<\/li>\n<li>We agree on the volume of the work needed and final price<\/li>\n<li>We go over the documents, compile it to annual report and send it to you<\/li>\n<li>You need to present the annual report to Centre of Registers. Once you appoint us as official accountant in Tax Office we can do this for you.
