Residency requirement exception application

A residency requirement exception application has to be submitted if a person involved in establishing a business, registering a branch, or appears in the amendment entries of a company in a business registry is not an EU citizen.

Included in the price:

• Filling in and submitting the Residency requirement exception application to the Swedish commercial registry
• A state fee

Available for an extra fee:

• Beneficial owner’s registration for 1750 SEK (doesn’t include a state fee). The company must pay a separate state fee of 250 SEK directly to the Swedish Business Registry.

Process flow:

• Fill in the application;
• Mediate the communication between the applicant and the Swedish commercial registry

Important information:

• The processing time at the Swedish commercial registry is approximately 2 weeks.
• The price includes a state fee.
• The residency requirement exception application is released for a limited period, and it has to be renewed periodically.
