Description
A residency requirement exception application has to be submitted if a person involved in establishing a business, registering a branch, or appears in the amendment entries of a company in a business registry is not an EU citizen.
Included in the price:
- Filling in and submitting the Residency requirement exception application to the Swedish commercial registry
- A state fee
Available for an extra fee:
- Beneficial owner’s registration for 1750 SEK (doesn’t include a state fee). The company must pay a separate state fee of 250 SEK directly to the Swedish Business Registry.
Process flow:

- Mediate the communication between the applicant and the Swedish commercial registry

- The processing time at the Swedish commercial registry is approximately 2 weeks.
