- When all the required documents are provided, it usually takes 10-15 days for the company to be registered. The processing times might change depending on the workload of the Business Register.
- Share capital must not be payed in immediately, it has to be transferred to company’s bank account by the end of the first fiscal year.
- Package includes contact person that is mandatory for all the companies in case none of the company’s board members has Swedish Personal Number.
- Package includes legal address with postal service. Legal address is mandatory for every company in Sweden for as long as the company is registered. Service also includes postal service for receiving and forwarding the mail.

Process flow:
- Payment for 1Office services
- Filling in the KYC
- Handing over the company – takes about 2 weeks
- Starting with tax registrations – takes around 4 weeks to receive the registrations (on some occasions 2-10 weeks).

Important information:
- The company has to pay the state fee of 250 SEK directly to the Swedish Business Registry when appointing the beneficial owner.
- In the case of non-EU citizens’ involvement in the company formation process, there is a residency requirement exception application to be completed for an additional fee (2500 SEK, price includes state fees).
- Swedish limited liability company must have at least three board members or at least one member of the management board and one deputy member. In the event the limited company has no board member who is resident in Sweden, a contact person in Sweden must be appointed.
