Terms and Conditions for “Free Company” Campaign

Campaign subject: When registering a company during the campaign period through my1Office platform and choosing a monthly subscription service (Basic, Basic+, Standard or Premium), the company formation fee will be 0 €.

Campaign Period: 1-12 December 2021

This offer is subject to the following conditions:

• Free company is provided only when buying the monthly subscription package.
• The minimum commitment period to the subscription of selected Service package is 6 months. In case of premature cancellation of the subscription, 1Office will charge your credit card for the remaining payable fee. Invoice will be issued for the remaining payable fee in case of insufficient funds on your account.
• The offer is meant for e-Residents, therefore, you can only use the offer if you have e-Residency card.
• The offer is valid for single use – one person can establish one company, not more.
