Description
If your company’s management board is located outside of Estonia, it is mandatory to have a contact person. Contact person acts as a first contact for all public institutions. Service includes legal address with postal services.
Included in the price:
- Contact person for accepting company’s official letters from Business Register and other public institutions
- Company’s legal address
- Company’s administrative address for receiving mail
- Mail sorting and forwarding by e-mail for up to 10 letters in one month
Available for an extra fee:
If you prefer receiving unopened letters by post, the postal fee and secretary’s time (20€/h) will be additional to the price.
If your company receives more than 10 letters in one month:
- 11-50 letters in one month – additional fee 20€
- 51-100 letters in one month – additional fee 40€
- Additional 20€ for each 50 letters
We also accept packages with maximum size of 64x38x39 cm and with maximum weight of 30 kg:
- S – small package, max. size 9x64x38 cm – receiving and depositing up to 3 days – 5€.
- M – medium package, max. size 19x64x38 cm – receiving and depositing up to 3 days – 10€
- L – big package, max. size 39x64x38 cm – receiving and depositing up to 3 days – 15€
- If you wish to deposit your package more than 3 days, additional 5€ will be added for each day.
- In case you need us to forward the package by post or carrier, the postal fee and secretary’s time will be additional to the price.
All special requests are processed with hourly rate 20€/h. Additional services will be invoiced separately.
Important information:
- The service is periodical which means that it continues automatically after one year. New invoice will be issued one month prior to the new contact person period.
- Service includes legal address service for the same period.
