My Accounting is a perfect solution for starting and small companies that don’t have a VAT number. This solution gives you location-independent access to My Invoices, the possibility to create sales invoices and to keep all your expense documents in one place.

Included in the price:

  • My Invoices – paperless document management in my1Office platform.
    Create sales invoices and send invoices to the clients directly from my Invoices.
  • My Purchases – use a mobile app to take pictures of your expense documents and they will be automatically uploaded to my1Office platform

Important information:

  • This is a monthly subscription service. Service is available for valid subscriptions only.
    Cancelling the subscription or a failed payment for subscription will result in ending services by 1Office.
  • Access to documents in my1Office account after termination of contract is subject to the fee of 50 EUR.
  • The monthly fee will be issued from your credit card on the first day of the month for the current month. This does not apply for the first payment.
  • MyAccounting is a self-service platform. If you’re looking for an accounting service that includes a dedicated accountant, tax declarations, consultations, annual report and more, contact us for a personalised offer.
