Description
Address is necessary for every company registered in Estonia for as long as the company is registered. Address service is the best solution for non-residents (incl. e-residents) who have started their company in Estonia but don’t have an office here.
Legal address is the official address that can be seen on the Business Register and it is publicly available to everyone. All company’s official letters will be sent to this address.
Included in the price:
- Company’s legal address for registering in Business Register
- Company’s administrative address for receiving mail
- Mail sorting and forwarding by e-mail for up to 10 letters in one month
Additional services:
If you prefer receiving unopened letters by post, the postal fee and secretary’s time will be additional to the price
If your company receives more than 10 letters in one month:
- 11-50 letters in one month – additional fee 20€
- 51-100 letters in one month – additional fee 40€
- Additional 20€ for each 50 letters
We also accept packages with maximum size of 64x38x39 cm and with maximum weight of 30 kg:
- S – small package, max. size 9x64x38 cm – receiving and depositing up to 3 days – 5€.
- M – medium package, max. size 19x64x38 cm – receiving and depositing up to 3 days – 10€
- L – big package, max. size 39x64x38 cm – receiving and depositing up to 3 days – 15€
- If you wish to deposit your package more than 3 days, additional 5€ will be added for each day.
- In case you need us to forward the package by post or carrier, the postal fee and secretary’s time will be additional to the price.
All special requests are processed with hourly rate 20€/h.
Important information:
The service is periodical which means that it continues automatically after one year. New invoice will be issued one month prior to the new legal address period.
1. Can I use a post box address for a legal address?
No. Estonian Commercial Code does not enable registering a company at a post box address.
2. How can I change my Estonian company’s legal address?
If the board members of the company have access to digital signing it is possible to do this online. It is also possible to change the legal address in notary’s office in Estonia yourself or authorize 1Office representative to do this for you based on PoA.
