You don’t have to worry about buying a coffee machine, coffee beans, tea or water – we’ve got it all covered. All details are taken care of and you can focus on your business activities.

- Furnished private office in the Tallinn city center with two workstations
- Internet connection
- Overhead costs (electricity, water, heating, etc.)
- Amenities like coffee, water, tea, equipped kitchen, etc.
- Possibility to use meeting rooms.
- Legal address if you sign the lease contract for an indefinite period.

Important information:
- Renting period is flexible – you can choose if you want to rent the office for 1 month or make the lease contract indefinite.
- After purchasing the product you are contacted to agree on the rent period and conditions.
- If you rent the office for less than 2 months you have to prepay the fee for the entire period. If you rent for more than 2 months you are charged once a month.
- Deposit payment equal to one month’s rent must be paid after signing the lease contract.
