- Company formation in a comfortable self-service platform my1Office
- Technical support
- State fee of 265€
Important information:
- Only suitable for e-residents and Estonian ID card holders.
- Share capital of the company can be 1-50 000€. Capital must be paid before submitting company registration application.
- Please note that service contract with 1Office is subject to certain acceptance procedures. KYC (Know Your Customer) procedure includes the verification of the identity of directors, shareholders, beneficial owners, and collecting general information about the business.
My Virtual Office includes a valid address and a contact person.
A valid business address and a contact person for your company is the first contact point for all interested parties such as the authorities to deliver official documents for example or get in touch when needed.
The service comes with free access to my1Office, a convenient self-service platform where you can easily create and send out invoices, apply for IBAN account, keep track of your expenses, to name a few beneficial features.

Business address with a contact person provides you with security that all mail addressed to the company will be delivered.
All post addressed to the company or the contact person is accepted by 1Office and uploaded within minutes to your my1Office account. This gives you the opportunity to have a clear overview of all of your company´s mail, search for important documents, add comments or highlights for your business partners and conveniently forward encrypted documents whenever needed. All mail is saved and organized by folders for your convenience.

- A valid address and a contact person working with your mail
- Mail sorting and forwarding for up to 10 letters in a month
- Access to my1Office self-service platform´s sales invoices module- to create and send out invoices in multicurrency
Available for an extra fee:
In case you´d like to receive unopened letters by post, the postal fee and secretary’s work hours (20€/h) are added to the price.
In case your company receives more than 10 letters in one month:
- 11-50 letters in one month – additional fee 20€
- 51-100 letters in one month – additional fee 40€
- Mail quantity exceeding 101 pcs a month- additional fee 20€ for each 50 letters
We also accept packages with a maximum size of 64x38x39 cm and with maximum weight of 30 kg:
- S – small package, max. size 9x64x38 cm – receiving and depositing up to 3 days – 5€.
- M – medium package, max. size 19x64x38 cm – receiving and depositing up to 3 days – 10€
- L – big package, max. size 39x64x38 cm – receiving and depositing up to 3 days – 15€
- If you wish to deposit your package for more than 3 days, an additional 5€ will be added for each day.
- In case you´d like to deposit your package for more than 3 days, an additional 5€ will be added for each day.
- In case you need us to forward the package by post or carrier, the postal fee and secretary’s work hours 20€/h are added to the price.
Any other special requests are processed with an hourly rate of 20€/h. Additional services are invoiced separately.
Important information:
- This is a yearly subscription service. The period of one year starts from the date the service is bought.
- The fee for the next year’s period will be issued from your credit card on the first day of the month prior to the end of service period.
- Appointment of the contact person must be confirmed by the management board of the company by digitally signed confirmation in e-Business Register annually at the anniversary of the first payment. If the new term will not be confirmed in time, contact person will be deleted. 1Office will provide confirmation after the service fee for the new service period has been paid.
My Accounting for Start package includes:
- My Invoices – paperless document management in my1Office platform.
- Create sales invoices and send invoices to the clients directly from my Invoices.
Important information:
- This is a yearly subscription service. The period of one year starts from the date the service is bought.
The service fee will be credited from your credit card at the beginning of the new service period. - Cancelling the subscription or a failed payment for subscription will result in ending all services by 1Office.
- Access to documents in myInvoices after termination of contract is subject to an additional fee of 50 €.
- This is not for VAT registered companies. An Estonian company needs to register a VAT number in Estonia if the turnover of Estonian or EU sales exceeds 40 000 € per year. If a company has a VAT number in Estonia, it needs to submit tax declarations every month, therefore it needs accounting service.
