Address is necessary for every company in Finland for as long as the company is registred. Address service is the best solution for non-residents who have started their company in Finland but don’t have an office here.
Legal address is the official address that can be seen on the Central Commercial Register and it is publicly available to everyone. All company’s official letters will be sent to this address.
Included in the price:
- Company’s legal address for registering the company in the Central Commercial Register (Kaupparekisteri)
- Company’s administrative address for receiving mail
- Mail sorting and forwarding by e-mail for up to 10 letters in one month
Available for an extra fee:
If you prefer receiving unopened letters by post, the postal fee and secretary’s time (65€/h) will be additional to the price.
If your company receives more than 10 letters in one month:
- 11-50 letters in one month – additional fee 65€
- 51-100 letters in one month – additional fee 130€
- Additional 65€ for each 50 letters
All special requests are processed with hourly rate 65€/h. Additional services will be invoiced separately.
Important information:
- The service is periodical which means that it continues automatically after one year. New invoice will be issued one month prior to the new legal address period.
