Dormant Company Accounts

Annual accounts, also known as financial statements, give an insight into a company’s financial performance, including its income, expenses, assets, and liabilities. These accounts must be filed with the Companies House within nine months of the company’s financial year-end. If the company does not have any current business activities and is dormant, it is still mandatory to file certain documents.
