Description
A management board that can respond when something needs attention is an important part of running a company. We offer nominee directors and nominee shareholders to reliable and transparent businesses, either for a short period, for example while your company is being registered, or on an ongoing basis under an individual arrangement. You decide the scope of the role, so it covers the specific actions your company needs help with and nothing more.
1. Nominee Director
- Intended for companies with a management board of at least one person.
- We can propose our own employees or people who work with us for the role.
- Someone available in Poland to act in connection with your company’s day to day operation or an urgent situation.
2. A Clearly Defined Scope of Authority
- You define the board member’s responsibilities and authority, and they are set out in the articles of association.
- For example, authority can be limited to signing specified documents or carrying out activities up to a set amount.
3. Support Where Language Is a Concern
- The Polish version of a legally binding document matters, and signing something you cannot read creates uncertainty.
- We take this into account together with the need for local availability when setting up the role.
4. Nominee Shareholder
- We also offer nominee shareholders.
- The arrangement includes a notarial undertaking to sell to an entity you designate.
- Discussed separately, based on your circumstances and the arrangement you have in mind.
Available as:
- A temporary arrangement, for example during company registration
- An ongoing arrangement on individual terms
Please keep in mind the following important information:
- Nominee services are provided only to reliable and transparent entities.
- We do not provide them to anyone seeking to circumvent the law, conceal the true beneficial owner or avoid their obligations. This applies to temporary and ongoing arrangements alike.
- The nominee director’s authority is defined by you and set out in the articles of association.
- Nominee shareholder arrangements include a notarial undertaking to sell to an entity you designate.
- INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
