We draft your articles of association, arrange the notary appointment, prepare your National Court Register application and handle the applications to the Tax Office, the Central Statistical Office and the Social Insurance Institution. 1. Articles of Association
- We prepare your company’s articles of association, the founding document that the rest of the registration is built on.
- We arrange your appointment with a notary.
2. National Court Register Application
- Based on your articles of association, we prepare the application package for the National Court Register (KRS).
- All accompanying attachments are prepared as part of the package.
3. Applications to Public Authorities
- Applications to the Tax Office.
- Applications to the Central Statistical Office (GUS).
- Applications to the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS).
4. Support After Registration
- Registration is the start of your company’s administrative life, not the end of the paperwork.
- If we also act as your accountant, we will let you know whenever your company information needs updating or the tax and administrative authorities need to be notified.
