My Company for Fly package includes:

• State fee

Important information:

• Only suitable for private persons. If you want one of the shareholders to be a legal entity please contact our sales team.
• Please note that service contract with 1Office is subject to certain acceptance procedures. KYC (Know Your Customer) procedure includes the verification of the identity of directors, shareholders, beneficial owners, and collecting general information about the business.

My Virtual Office for Fly package includes:

• Company’s registered address for a year
• Directors service address (up to 3 directors) for a year
• Company’s and directors administrative address for receiving mail
• Mail sorting and forwarding by e-mail for up to 10 letters in one month
• Sales invoices module for creating and sending invoices

Important information:

• This is a monthly subscription service. The Service period starts from the date the service was bought and the service fee will be credited from your credit card at the beginning of the new service period.

My Accounting for Fly package includes:

• My Invoices – paperless document management in my1Office platform
• Create sales invoices and send invoices to the clients directly from my Invoices.
• My Purchases – use a mobile app to take pictures of your expense documents and they will be automatically uploaded to my1Office platform
• Annual Report – price includes transaction volume up to 100 per year.  Additional annual accounting transaction volumes are available for an extra fee of 60£ / per 100 extra documents.

Important information:

• This is a monthly subscription service. Service is available for valid subscriptions only.
• Cancelling the subscription or a failed payment for subscription will result in ending all services by 1Office.
• Access to documents in myInvoices after termination of contract is subject to an additional fee of £50.
• Annual report included in the package is prepared based on documents in My Invoices and My Purchases. Annual report will be provided if you have subscribed to the package for the whole financial year.
• This is not for VAT registered companies. An obligation to register VAT arises when sales transactions exceed £85,000 as calculated from the beginning of a calendar year. If the company has a VAT number, it needs to submit VAT declarations, therefore it needs full accounting service.
