Xero is increasing the price of its UK subscription plans from 1 September 2026. If you are a 1Office UK accounting client using Xero, this affects your monthly software cost. This article sets out exactly what is changing, which plans are affected, and what it means for your existing discount. Nothing requires you to take any action before the change takes effect, but understanding what your new subscription cost will be helps you plan accordingly.
What each Xero UK plan costs before and after the increase
From 1 September 2026, the price of Xero subscriptions will increase in the UK. The changes affect four of the five current UK plans. All prices below are in GBP and exclude VAT, as published by Xero on their official pricing update page.

Your discount remains in place. Here is how it applies to the new pricing.
As a Xero Silver Partner, 1Office UK passes a 20% discount on Xero subscription pricing to its clients. If you have a current Xero discount or promo code, it will still apply to the new pricing until the discount or code expires. This means your 20% discount continues to apply to the new prices from 1 November 2026, which is the date 1Office UK is implementing the change for its client accounts.
At 20% off the new prices, 1Office UK clients on the Comprehensive plan pay £44/mo (down from £50 at list price). Across all plans: Ignite £14.40/mo, Grow £31.20/mo, Comprehensive £44/mo, Ultimate £56/mo (all excluding VAT). These are still below the list prices that businesses pay when subscribing directly through Xero without a partner discount.
From 1 September 2026, the multi-organisation discount will no longer be applied to subscriptions. If your Xero account includes a multi-organisation discount on top of your standard partner discount, that additional discount will not carry forward to the new pricing. Your standard 20% partner discount through 1Office remains in place; only the multi-organisation element is being removed by Xero.

No action is required before November. But this is a good moment to review your plan.
The price increase applies automatically. You do not need to log in to Xero, change your payment details, or take any other action before 1 November 2026. Your invoices will simply reflect the new price from that date.
That said, a price increase is always a sensible moment to review whether you are on the right plan. The most common situation where this matters: clients on the Comprehensive or Ultimate plans who are paying for features they are not using, and clients on Ignite or Grow who have grown into their businesses and may benefit from features on a higher plan that they were previously not considering.

Log in to your Xero account and go to Settings, then Subscription. The Subscription column shows your current plan. If you are unsure whether your plan is right for your business, contact 1Office UK and we will review your usage and confirm whether switching plans would save you money or give you access to features that would be useful.

New clients can currently access up to 90% off for the first few months

When does the Xero UK price increase take effect?

Does the Xero price increase affect my 1Office discount?
No. Your 20% partner discount through 1Office UK continues to apply to the new pricing. Xero has confirmed that existing discounts and promo codes will be honoured on the new prices until they expire. The only discount being removed by Xero from September 2026 is the multi-organisation discount, which is a separate arrangement that applies to a specific subset of subscribers.

From 1 September 2026, the multi-organisation discount will no longer be applied to subscriptions. This discount applies to businesses that hold multiple Xero organisation subscriptions under a single account. If you only have one Xero organisation, this removal does not affect you. If you have multiple organisations and are currently receiving a multi-organisation discount on top of your partner discount, that additional element will be removed. Is it worth switching Xero plans given the price increase?
For most clients, no. The increase is modest and switching plans involves reviewing whether the features on an alternative plan genuinely suit your business better. The most useful moment to reconsider your plan is when your business size, team, or payroll situation has changed since you last reviewed it. If any of those have changed in the past year, contact 1Office UK and we will assess whether your current plan is still the right fit.
