Company formation with beneficial owner registration and corporate tax registration

All Irish companies are obligated to submit the data of the person who benefits from the company’s activities’, or so-called beneficial owner, to the RBO (Register of Beneficial Ownership). It is also mandatory for all Irish companies to register for Corporate Tax within one month of trading.
